I hear you. I get carried away sometimes and have to have a talking to myself. I dont need a drink but i do enjoy. Sometimes a bit too much if i am honest. I like the ritual of a beer or cocktail, then it turns into 5. Mostly on friday night. Really i dont drink the rest of the week starting sunday.
