I installed a wifi temperature/humidity meter in my wine fridge. It will warn me when temp/hum gets out of range.
I also discovered that the Liebherr wine fridge keeps the humidity around 70%.

I’d say fuck ‘em.

They have great Pinot Noir and Riesling.
