Ubuntu Summit 25.10 going online-only is a regression. Canonical still flies staff worldwide twice a year, but volunteers who build Ubuntu get sidelined with a livestream. Bring back in-person Summits.

#UbuntuSummit was where community contributors were seen, valued, and celebrated. Moving 25.10 online-only erases that recognition. I won’t attend or speak because our work deserves more than a livestream. It's a regression at the community level.
