This isn't difficult. There is a female and a male category. Men, including those with dsds and those who identify as trans can compete in the male category. Women, including those with dsds and those who identify as trans can compete in the female category.
And those women will be able to compete in the female category at the Olympics.
Males with dsds like Caster Semenya have taken an Olympic place from a South African woman. Males with dsds aren't female. Semenya has 46 XY 5-alpha-reductase deficiency (5-ARD) which only affects males.
