It’s clear that the Code of Conduct Committee is a rogue committee that feels it can do whatever it would like without any consequence. It is a poisonous cabal slowly leeching any energy this party has to organize and creating division in our ranks that is not necessary.

I miss the quietly deleted family dinner photos during Loring Pride weekend.
Frey's personal account on the other site followed the Humphrey Project last night and unfollowed early this morning. No one should pretend this was a fringe project from a bunch of cranks.
Someone finally figured out that Uptown United was never gonna get a violence interrupter contract.
Remember, DFLers, every resolution is a lawsuit waiting to happen
Someone should have said something sooner!
Sing it from the rooftops, Marjorie.
Commissioner Cedric Alexander speaking at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church on July 11, 2023. Chief Judge Toddrick Barnette led a discussion panel of juvenile court judges. Julie Wicklund organized the event.
I wasn’t entirely happy with the baked goods and beverage selection at our Valentine’s Day pre-convention meeting either.
Kindergarten year for me. I remember hearing the launchpad stories soon afterward. Cross-generational trauma bonding. Columbia disaster was more than twenty years ago? Time flies.
The scandal isn’t Chughtai’s absence from that one community meeting. Those were Shaffer’s people. Many of the same people who caucused last year but not this year. Some say vacation. I say willful absence.
on uptown, the mayor's promise, and a media bias i see that refuses to hold him and his aligned council members accountable in favor of attacking progressive CMs since there's no education being done on what a strong mayor government system looks like

We’re gonna be stuck with so much tedious 7-6 bullshit for the next four years.
In lieu of paving potholes, some in our city only pave with the best of intentions: "If you are a loyal DFLer, think of this as a way to help save the party from itself."
Why is Scott Graham allowed anywhere near the DFL’s Code of Conduct Committee?
Something something about an Uptown Association hosted public safety meeting almost one year ago where we discussed public safety ambassadors, city council approved funding, mayoral implementation, pilot program delays, etc.
SD61 had over 2000 people caucus back in february, just massive turnout leading to 839 delegates. we are being told that for the convention at washburn on 3/21 to expect to have one seat only, so leave at home or in your car any coat or bag you'd normally leave on empty seats
Foggy afternoons at Lake of the Isles. From a couple days ago!
Minneapolis, March 2026
NEW: Dozens of people were violently arrested by state police and Hennepin County sheriff's deputies after a march against ICE to the Whipple Federal Building on Sunday, March 1, during the last planned protest of the 'Bring the Heat Melt The Ice!' week of action in Minnesota.

Stay within authorized "first amendment zones" and you'll be fine. Step outta line and you'll end up singing protest songs on a prisoner transport bus back to downtown Minneapolis.
about 30 people were arrested at whipple this morning for unlawful assembly, and many first hand reports say hennepin county sheriff's office were escalating. people were arrested when they were retreating, and people were knocked down by law enforcement
Keir Starmer's attempt to paint the Greens as extremists yet again reveals his intolerance of political difference. His instincts are illiberal and authoritarian.
1 month ago today 50,000-100,000 marched in downtown Minneapolis demanding ICE OUT. Less than 24 hours later federal agents shot and killed another American on Nicollet Ave.
Tomorrow will be 1 month since Alex Pretti was shot and killed by federal agents after being disarmed.
But will there be awkward slow motion raves?
Congrats! How dare you! Don’t leave us! Come back soon! Your last sentence says everything though. DFL must do something about entrenched toxicity. Internal factions fighting to the death is not the right answer; and kinda how we got here in the first place.
Update on this - still running, and today I'm pleased to announce my running mate.
Deb Ford has been SD61 DFL Treasurer for the past nine years. She's been one of the driving forces behind SD61, and was the mastermind behind the "Taste the Trifecta" cookbook fundraiser. (1/3)
