I’m 77 and I’ve done many 5ks over the past 4 years. Yeah, I do intervals and my fastest time is 54 minutes. But I enjoy it and being the best that I can be at my age and physical limitations etc. but the social interaction with other runners is so important to me.

A short term experience is when I run a 5k.

As I stated in earlier posts, their very first instinct is to lie and then begin the coverup. They can’t help themselves. Video evidence from different angles to the contrary. They are very evil people running this agency and the government. They will be stopped and face their consequences.

We were right there in 2012 staying at Many Glacier Hotel. It was epic.
