Fun Fact: Both participants in today's NCAA men's hockey championship -Wisconsin and Denver - played at Centene this year against Lindenwood. Wisconsin beat the Lions 3-0 and 7-2. Denver lost to Lindenwood 4-3, and then beat them 4-0. Both series took place in Oct.

Per College Hockey News (& others) forwards Andrew LeBlanc and Will Schumacher, and d-man Jacob LeBlanc are transferring to Lindenwood. All are from Mercyhurst, which disbanded program. All 3 will be sophs. LeBlancs are twins. Schumacher tied for team lead w/8 goals in 20 games.

To put that in perspective, the Blues had 9 players with at least 20 goals in the 2021-22 season.

So the Blues have a 20-goal scorer after Thomas’ 2nd goal of the night.

Anderson is the 3rd Oakville High player to sign an NHL contract, joining Chase Bradley (currently in Avalanche organization) and some guy named Patrick Maroon.

Congrats to former Oakville High hockey defenseman Jack Anderson, who has signed a 2-way entry level contract w/Dallas Stars. Anderson spent 3 years at Lindenwood and spent this season at Michigan Tech. He reports to the Texas Stars of the AHL for the remainder of this season.
