On July 14, 2015, the United States and its international negotiating partners reached an agreement with Iran on its nuclear program: the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) or the Iran nuclear deal, in which Iran agreed to never pursue nuclear weapons.

Trump broke the deal, and here we are!

Obama's Iran negotiating team included diplomats from 8 countries and nuclear scientists. Trump's team includes his son-in-law who is making business deals while negotiating, his business partner who is also profitiing from the war, and Vance, who has mocked almost every nation and is laughed at.

Trump is a global embarrassment and complete failure. The world is completely bypassing the United States. Over 30 global leaders met in Paris to secure the Strait of Hormuz, deliberately excluding Washington.

The international community is actively organizing to survive Trump's disastrous war.

The whole world was appalled and their suspicions were confirmed. For most Americans it was their greatest embarrassment. For Republican members of Congress it was just another day of surrender and complicity with an internationally recognized madman. For America, history will record its shame.

I believe that just uttering the threat is a war crime. It contravenes Article 5 of the Geneva Convention, to which the USA is signator.
