I'd forgotten about having a schedule...I take my wife to & from work so my day tends to be bookended by those events

Which female fantasy authors would you recommend?

11 months ago 0 0 2 0

Spent 15hrs listening to Way of the Kings (about 1/3 of the book) - kind of liked it but eventually gave up due to the pace of the story.

Oh I thought it was a female author...must have misread the post🙂
Read a few by Brandon Sanderson but found them overly long and slow moving....I appreciate it takes time to build the world and characters.

Book Invisible Women by Caroline Criado Perez

Book Invisible Women by Caroline Criado Perez

This book is not good escapist reading while we are being persecuted by male oligarchs, and it isn’t news to me, but it’s extremely well written and researched. Highly recommend and your library probably has it. (Will books like this get banned in our “great” new country?)
