Newest Cardinal baby in my garden…he has a sibling and they are thriving!

Good morning! I’d like to introduce you to the newest member of our resident Cardinal family: Jo. His parents Leo and Lucy have two this year, but I could only get a somewhat clear photo of Jo. 🪶

Saddest part, the bullet was legit and killed a man. My conspiracy theory…that family was paid off, and prob signed non-disclosure agreement or at least a statement that said they would not pursue the truth.

2025 was a year of great loss for me, so I don’t even know why I subjected myself to the book because it wiped me out!! Agnes’ grief was almost too much for me.

The movie….OMG. The guttural grief from Agnes made my heart hurt and nearly did me in.

Loved it! Very different from the book but the way it was filmed was brilliant. Seemed more like a theatre set in many of the scenes, which was probably the point.

Finished Hamnet, the book, a few weeks ago, now going to watch the movie. Am I going to love it or will it disappoint? 🤔
