It's a elf standing on a branch. She seems to be relieved, touching nature by her hand. All the leave are quite yellow and brown vibe like if it was autumn but in these sad forest, her dress is like a ocean of colors. It's shining, and it's like a rainbow representating her majesty.

Depending on what type of pens they are I will try and revive them under hot water. Have a bunch of bics and other ball points I've had for way too long that I soak and they come back from the dead 😭
