I agree with these ideas to first clean, then seal, then paint. Oil paint might be the most durable, but acrylic paint might be easier to use. I think I’d try a clear sealer to preserve the look & color of the old wood, but oil paint directly on cleaned wood might work well? I’d test paints on scrap
Here in my ‘blue’ state, we have opportunities to learn about government, politics & civic engagement. Our public schools are top notch & our h.s. kids marching against ICE was evidence of their free will & understanding of their government running amuck!!
