My 4th Gate River Run. Hot, but worth it. Probably the most fun race outside of Disney that I have gotten to do, even if 15K is a weird distance. #MedalMonday

Epcot was a festival level hot mess last night, but I did get to see a friend from college play at the UK Pavillion. He was kind enough to remind me that the last time we saw each other was 23 years ago. We can't possibly be that old! 😳

10 years ago, I did my first ever runDisney race with my mom. She is not a runner, will never be a runner, but she made me a runner and I am forever grateful. So thankful that she was there to cross the finish line with me again. ❤️ Cheers to runDisney race #54!

Jeff Galloway-such a tremendous loss for the runDisney community! Jeff's training plans & run/walk method made me a better & faster runner. I am grateful that I had the chance to tell him that in person. This race weekend, and those in the future, will be a celebration of his life & legacy.❤️

10 years ago today, I did my first Disney race. I walked it & I can assure you, that little, yet-to-be runner me had absolutely no idea what was coming. My life changed that day & I didn't even know it! This girl was NEVER running a 10K, let alone a marathon. 😆 53 races later...

Yeah...I think they will have to make some major logistical changes. I feel like they kinda tried this in 2021 when they replaced "corrals" w/ "start groups" but that was not a huge time window & it didn't really work. This could get interesting. I don't love the 5Ks anyway but it will impact Dopey.
