I successfully defended my dissertation on Monday. So grateful for my committee (John McLaughlin, Judith Newman, Ting Guo) for their care in stewarding me through the process and, along with the external examiners(Corrie Carvalho, Reid Locklin), for their generous, thoughtful questions & comments.

It's a play on Jer 20! I archived a few literary works from across the transpacific. And no music, alas, unless you're asking what I wrote to—in which case, a lot of pop rock/emo from the 90s and 00s 😆

After a busy SBL, I'm cat-sitting for a friend, and one of their cats has already attached themselves to me. Holiday bliss.
