It's wonderful but the trouble is I drink it faster than I can make it! My own 'simple' recipe is just 8 eggs, 1 Tbs. imitation vanilla, 2 cups sugar, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice plus a gallon or so of whole milk, brought to a slow bubble then finally mixing-wanded to smooth it out ⬇️ ⬇️
Well I just liked the unique flavour of it, honestly haven't tried the 'real' kind. Molina is the brand I happened to have stumbled onto, I'm sure there are better & more authentic versions. Truthfully I use artificial vanilla more than the real thing, not sure why. Ever made eggnog from scratch? ⬇️
