to which i then realized... wait, if you had an issue with the final result, why didn't you say anything when i gave the sketch, lineart, etc...

to which i then gained some lucidity in my dream to actually say "wait, this is a scam" and then i woke up

i freak out of course because i had no idea so i try to message the commissioner to try to explain myself

out of guilt, i said that i would be willing to redo the ref sheet for free to which they say "oh that's good bc i was gonna make a video about how upset i was about this!"

turns out, i was meant to draw the more masculine looking character and not the feminine one, and i was called out for purposefully misgendering and hurt the commissioner because it was a character that represented them so their friends became defensive

i accept and do the ref sheet, basically doing the process of showing the new art to the user at every stage and each time it was fine w/ no changes

fast forward after i finished, i basically start getting messages everywhere in my DMs calling me all sorts of things, esp being transphobic

they show me two ref sheets, 1 where the character looks more masculine and the art/ ref looks simple and the second one looks more feminine but the ref looks more polished and more detailed

they talk to me about the character where they refer with "she/ her" and pointing out the second ref more

i had a crazy ass dream where i was requested to do a commission for someone on discord, but i got added to someone's group chat with friends that were like a dnd group

their "leader(??)" basically asked me to a draw a new reference sheet of their new character because their old one is outdated

a coincidence of new characters i like having long dark hair with red eyes is making me think a little bit about faye

- started reading yomi no tsugai after watching ep 1 and i forgot shounen humour CAN be funny if the author knows how to write
- i wanna read agents of the four seasons bc the anime is straight up beautiful and makes me emo but writing wise it still feels too weak for me to be hooked on it

-and i've only read the chapters for the end of season 2

- i have mixed feelings on the akane-banashi anime (compared to manga) but we'll see how it goes for the season
- liar game is still the most surprising anime to come out, i still have to finish it (i forgot how text heavy it is after ep 1)

some rambling about some stuff i've been watching/ reading:
- project hail mary..... i heard it was good but didn't expect it to be THAT good, the humour's a bit much but it's still watchable, i liked it
- ascendance of a bookworm is fun but... the manga is way better than the anime adaptation-

i got so emotional watching the wha's first ep 😭 it was absolutely everything and more for what i imagined when the anime got announced

yeah i haven't really been doing anything with them since i last posted some doodles a few days ago so it's a lot better now but i've been restless :')

i have been taking more frequent breaks for drawing today too lol

really debating on if i should stream to make myself focus on working on the new ref sheets................

my wrists has been kinda killing me lately (@_@;; is there anything i can do that doesn't make it feel like my entire forearm exploded into a million pieces??

The artist's mascot/ sona but designed to look similar to Monokuma from Danganronpa. He's a small, round, white dog standing on his hind legs, but half of his body is coloured black with a red eye and a large smile. His usual crown is in half to have a crown on the white fur and a jester cap on the black fur. He's extending his arm to show some claws.

i didn't have a joke ready for april fools but well since i finished playing danganronpa for the first time here's monockguy or something #caninekingOCs

kinda been thinking about updating faye's ref sheet and doing some tweaks on her design....... nothing too drastic maybe (mostly just updating some colours but we'll see)
