Yes I haven't posted for some time....Recently I mentally crashed and am no longer hypomanic....I hate it when I have a mental crash as I have no energy and want to sleep all the time. Yesterday my doctor re-adjusted my meds so I am hoping to get out of this funk! 🥲🥴

Totally agree. I am Bipolar 1 and my idiot psych Dr is thinking of putting me on some schizophrenia drug....Key word is "thinking" because I will not allow him to categorize me in this manner!
