I used to write prolifically and Long Covid demolished my ability to choose words and organize sentences.

Hit 45,000 words on my WIP yesterday. I haven’t had fun writing since Long Covid started two years ago. I’m so thankful to still be here. Trying to channel some of this gratitude and luck and hope into the writing.

Started #drawing again this year. Most of my #art is centered around drawing all the birds from my recently finished #novel, To Remain Human. It is a speculative fiction farce about water scarcity. No agents yet, but the Universe is big and the timeline is infinite. Here is Tobias, a peregrine.
