Started to get Lore set up for a new vet - had a new patient appointment/nail trim for him today - he’s been sneezing a lot and they recommended a supplement for him to help with that cuz they didn’t find signs of an illness. He was very well behaved. Made a vaccine apt for him for July too :)

LOVE these questions! doing the work is very active to me, instead of passive. When I was in intensive mental health programs in the past, this included doing worksheets and things like that. How I knew it was paying off if when certain PTSD triggers went away.
