In London for work, discovered the outdoor pool at the Oasis Sports Centre. Ran there, swam for 45 mins, ran back to hotel. Fabulous!!!

Last night Anna Troup won the ladies race of Race Across Scotland, finishing 4th overall.

This after outright winning the summer Spine Race in June.

After nearly 3 years out with injury.

Oh, and she's 55 for anyone thinking age makes the slightest difference in ultra events.
