"Musha Colonel" (Samurai Colonel) — a KFC Japan tradition since 1984 for Children's Day — sees Colonel Sanders statues in samurai armour handcrafted by store employees from recycled cardboard and paper. A record 1,218 stores compete in this year's contest.

It was tough for me to admit that I need to back off from weights. But man, father time suplexed me from the top rope, then put me in the Sharpshooter. Either I fade away or tap out, you know what I'm sayin'?

Got up early because I'm at the age where I need to switch from focusing on weight exercises to focusing more on stretch and mobility exercises (my joints have been killing me the past year👴🏾).
