Hey! I don't cross-post over both my accounts often, but here's one.

So it is “evening wood” if you pop it before going out for the night? 🤔😝 #fcf #muscledad #dadbod

I’ll admit, when I initially saw it, I only felt annoyance. I’m feeling more charitably about it now that I know it was the director’s first effort. The only reason I keep thinking about it is because I keep seeing folks talking about it - and that has to mean something, right? Indeed it does.
I can’t see anything else.
I didn’t LIKE Pillion. It’s a Harry Lighton’s first film and everybody tried really hard and I honor that. And I like that the main character (who barely resonates as human through most of the film) has a modestly happy ending.
But I didn’t enjoy it much.
So…
Pillion.
Let’s skip asking ourselves if we see ourselves in it.
Let’s talk about it as a piece of filmmaking. Did anybody else think of Georgy Girl when they saw it? Georgy Girl was a fairly weak, ersatz British New Wave film from 1966. Now that I’m looking at Pillion through that lens…
If you go see it, please go ready to EMBRACE the madness, the frenzied chaos, the gorgeous MESS. It’s a wonderful ride.
So…
The Bride.
I can’t believe how POLARIZING this movie is. We fucking LOVED it. The negative reviews I’ve been reading all seem to be missing the point: it’s CAMP. Maggie Gyllenhaal set out to write and direct A FEMINIST REMAKE OF THE BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN. What did these idiots EXPECT?
My Black Tie Affair for the night.
Today it's been thirty two years since I met my hot, funny, incredibly sweet husband. Poor bastard. I love him so much. It must be super uncomfortable.
Yup. Dat's yorz.
That's incredibly sweet! Thank you!
Thank you! ❤️
Thank you! 😍
Thank you!
Boxing Day fit.
Happy panettone French toast day to all who celebrate!
Okay. I'm not too proud to admit I've stayed caught up on Heated Rivalry and read all six books. I read the books (devoured them) in less than two days.
It's been a pretty good ride.
Now I'm making my husband watch it. Poor bastard.

And yes, E5 pretty much killed me.
It's my wabbit's burfday. He doesn't have a BSKY account but that won't stop me from celebrating him here, too!
😍
Selling art at the Seduction Seattle Erotic Art Festival Fundraiser. I love this stuff.
Yes... I love this video...

It starts slow. The beginning has a "this is pretty good for a hotel lounge in 1973" vibe. Then at 2:18 she reminds you WHO THE FUCK SHE IS. And the rest of the performance is just a RIDE. Do yourself a favor...
It was a hard, long battle... But this art we bought in the spring of '24 in Lisboa is finally in our home. It's called "Tirando o Medo do Dancar" ("Taking The Fear Out Of Dance") and we love it so much. Vanessa Paz (Brazil, 2023 | Recycled Ceramic Sculpture with shoe polish and ceramic paint).
