White Collar (S1-S6)
After a few years, the show finally hooked me and I ended up binge watching this over the last few months. I enjoyed the con man gimmick and loved the resolution and how the story could remain open if we so wanted to keep going. It gets an 8.5/10!

Barbershop 3: The Next Cut
A modern sequel to the older Barbershop movies with a lot of new faces and old faces. Was a decent watch. I liked seeing where we netted out after several years have passed. I still prefer the first 2 over this one, but it gets a 7/10 from me!
Barbershop 2: Back in Business
After watching the first, decided to watch the other 2 Barbershop movies. Once again, funny and charming and very real all around. I enjoyed the first a little more for its ingenuity but I can appreciate the themes like its predecessor. 7.5/10!
Barbershop
Truth be told, this is my first actually sitting down and watching this. It didn't disappoint. It was funny, charming, and brought me back to a time where life and film were simpler and enjoyable as they are. This gets an 8/10 from me. No notes.
how cool the dinosaurs and the environment are. I also appreciate the modernity of the new series. In my opinion, 6/10 for this movie. Now I'm decently ready for Rebirth which I do plan to watch in theaters!
Some of the fight scenes were cool and the dinosaurs looked awesome as usual. Cinematography and visuals were rich and the story is okay. Glad I watched it but the modern Jurassic movies have been interesting to say the least but not super groundbreaking aside from
Jurassic World Dominion
With Rebirth on the horizon, realized I didn't watch Dominion and pulled up the Extended Version on Peacock. From what I remember, I liked the Jurassic World timeline of the entire franchise and I appreciated what was done here.
I glance over for a just a second as I take in my surroundings and the first line my eye caught said, "You'll be fine. Trust me." and I haven't been able to get that moment out of my head. Like the universe was definitely communicating directly with me.
I rarely ever post but you ever believe the universe is trying to speak to you? I was on the way to work the other day and I was tired and groggy and honestly have been feeling very lost lately. The guy next to me on the train opens up his book.
My favorite songs are I Want It That Way and Dancing In The Moonlight but they all have a wonderful sound to it. I'm a big fan and was very excited to give this a listen. If you're even remotely interested in Bachata, Spanish Music, or Prince Royce, this is for you! 8/10!!
Eterno by Prince Royce
First full new album I listened to this year. Prince Royce tapped into the sound that made him explode way back when with Bachata covers of popular music. His sound has also greatly evolved from his Corazon Sin Cara and Stand By Me days.
Overall, 5/10. Not even Harvey Specter could've saved the fate of this show. I am morbidly curious if another studio would take a shot and buy out the rights for a second season, but until then, I'm good leaving this where it is.
that they live happily ever after dealing with the everyday hi's and lo's of the entertainment law industry and the occasional love triangle, but still it would've been interesting to see how they end up and how other original Suits characters get involved here.
By the final episode, there was a lot of potential that could have been. I'd like to think that if it wasn't trying so hard to be as great as the original, it could've been much more entertaining. It ends on a decent enough cliffhanger that you can just say...
Suits LA
Now that Suits LA is over (after 1 season), I gotta get it off my chest. It was slow to start and confusing at times. Each character got increasingly more interesting over time but the charm and hook of the original was just lacking.
Another Simple Favor
Having watched the first movie after seeing an ad for this movie, I wanted to watch it and honestly, my time was not wasted. I love the concept of the once ditzy protagonist becoming a prolific detective but manages to get stuck in a precarious situation.
A Simple Favor
Saw an ad for the sequel "Another Simple Favor" so I did the research and enjoyed the premise. Decided to watch the first movie and it was actually enjoyable. I had a lot of fun with it and the characters are genuinely both insufferable and comedic and fun. 7/10!
Clown In A Cornfield
A really cool concept fused with a slasher film. I enjoyed this story and didn't expect to like it as much as I did. If you like horror and are open to interesting horror and slasher concepts, this is definitely a well done film. 7.5/10! Go watch it!
Sinners
Actually a cinematic masterpiece. It's been a long time since I've seen a movie like this but the themes, the cinematography, the journey and adventure of the narrative was peak. Every single character was well-written and I enjoyed every bit of that. Another 10/10!
Final Destination Bloodlines
Honestly one of my favorite Final Destination movies ever. Such an awesome story that connects everything and pays homage to several of its predecessors. The concept is also very refreshing too. 9/10, go watch it if you ever were curious!
The films generally age well and I enjoyed every little bit of it. Mostly this was done in preparation for Final Destination Bloodlines, but each movie stands the test of time. Because there are 5 movies, I won't be issuing a rating besides my preference order!
Final Destination 1-5
A couple of weeks ago, decided to take a trip down memory lane and do a proper marathon of the Final Destination movies. 3 will always be my favorite because the opening accident is a personal favorite but it goes 3 > 1 > 2 > 5 >>>>>4 for me.
Se7en
An older movie but saw it for free on Tubi and was very curious. Very surprised at how good this movie was. Very well composed, story-wise and cinematography-wise. The twist ending also really made me enjoy this the most. Check it out free on Tubi!! Really good! 8.5/10!
S2 did a really good job of resolving pretty much everyone's story in a captivating way so it deserves the top spot. S1 like S3 left me with questions but ultimately is the least memorable of the three. 8/10 overall and looking forward to where we go for Season 4.
In terms of ranking, I go S2 > S3 > S1. Thailand was such an amazing setting and seeing my Blackpink bias, Lisa, on there was all the more reason to love it. Ultimately it left me with more questions otherwise I would've placed it over S2.
White Lotus S1, S2, S3
Combining all three seasons into one post but White Lotus was incredible. While it has given me some questions, I feel it does a really great job at this idea of exposing and displaying the most insufferable personalities in society.
My one recommendation with this show is that if you are easily overstimulated, take this show in pieces (2-3 episodes at a time) as I found myself feeling fucked up after a few episodes and needing to come back to it. But 9/10. Very very well done. Can't wait for Season 3!!
Severance Season 1 and 2
Gonna combine my entry for this one because I ended up binging this one. Was really pleasantly surprised at just how good this one was. As someone who works in corporate, this was relateable in its symbolism and had me screaming at the screen at points.
I'm serious when I say if you even remotely like Hatsune Miku, you will enjoy this. Find a theater near you and go watch this. Highly recommend it. Would watch again and again. Hello Sekai is also so catchy.
Colorful Stage! The Movie: A Miku Who Can't Sing
Honestly, not even ashamed to admit it. I am going to be heavily biased with this one but 10/10. This is my Movie of the Year so far. Just capturing such heavy emotions, good music, and what makes Hatsune Miku so special.
