The lack of self-awareness among these clowns cannot be overstated.

Congrats!
Those Alani drinks are dastardly. I usually have one at the start of my day, and as I near the end of it I very much crave a second one. But I’d like to see my kids marry/graduate.
I’m honestly shocked that NOBODY has done that yet, certainly not to the level you might expect. They’d be a national hero, no joke.
As it's Autism Awareness Month, I'd like to remind everyone that the current administration is quietly dismantling important programs that support disabled people, slashing budgets and devising new “evaluations” as a means of denying access to services. The autism community deserves so much better.
I regret not buying one of the 70s-era-style T-shirts at the pro shop. Padres jersey vibes.
Played it on a San Diego trip last fall and enjoyed it a lot. Chaotic for sure, with so many players and some criss-crossing fairways. But agree with the “short but not too short” comment. Love those courses when I find them.
A four-bagger is a four-bagger, period. Let that give you some momentum!
This story is insane. Married an American, arrested at her greencard interview, flown out of state, nearly killed multiple times when her diabetes was ignored and then mistreated. When she finally got out? Found out her credit card had been used illegally. www.daylightsandiego.org/san-diego-wo...
It’s not the score, though I’m thrilled … Reached 7 tee to find 4 middle school boys. Politely invited me to play through, but now I have a potentially SAVAGE audience. Threw maybe my best ever, a Saint 340 feet into the wind and gently uphill. That the putt hit the cage hardly fazed me. #discgolf
By now I think we’ve seen that the “Trump Bump” works for him and him alone. With him not on the ballot this fall — and him giving endorsements that have become a kiss of death — it’s hard to see how the GOP doesn’t get boat raced.
TOMORROW: Be a part of history! Show the world that the majority of Americans oppose the most corrupt, inept, criminal, orange "president" in U.S. History.
NO KINGS. Also: NO SERIAL LIARS/CONVICTED FELONS/ADJUDICATED RAPISTS & NO ILLEGAL WAR IN IRAN
Be there. Make your voices heard! 🇺🇸 ✊

Sometimes, especially early in the season, you’ve got to get to an easier layout and just figure out some things, add some blue circles to the scoresheet and try to get some confidence #discgolf
It’s stunning … I have read the reporting how Trump looked stricken after winning in ‘16; I think he didn’t really want to be president but once he learned how he could just grift at a supersonic rate, with his GOP enablers, he learned to love it.
Can I just say I’m now confused by what role Congress plays in anything? They can stop tariffs but didn’t. They are supposed to approve war but Trump went ahead anyway. What’s to stop the WH from just taking the money it wants and spending it?
That’s totally fair. I enjoy seeing them shred but also occasionally enjoy seeing them have to rethink the value of going for the birdie.
I have wondered what the appropriate level of challenge is for top pro players. Seems that even on the hardest layouts, by round 3 multiple players are -10 or better. Part of me wonders if they are so used to shredding that they can’t even comprehend when it’s really hard.
And what does it say that they are signing a 32 (33?) year old player? It’s something they just haven’t done much of, though you might remember others. A vet who can give them a year or two, which is all you really need.
Enjoyed a course in Trussville AL a couple years ago though. Greg Carter Memorial, I think. Wooded and hilly but playable, and the woods were clear enough to let you find errant shots.
I agree. There are some that should only be played by the best. Felt that way walking Erin Hills ball golf course years ago. Like, it’s beautiful but this would not be fun to play without being a PGA Pro.
Not playing chess or checkers. Just trying to eat the game pieces and then declaring victory.
That can be frustrating when it seems consistent and in control, then it gets away a bit. But at least we got a little playable weather!
I’d probably rather just hit first available. Glad you could laugh about it!
First scored round of the year and so nice to finally get out there. Despite the score, I’m happy — kick-in birdie on 8 and never birdied 9 before. Hole 1 is always devilish. Plus, those springtime winds are something. #discgolf
I’m 57 and have many fond memories of my youth. Nostalgia can be a joy. But the past is NEVER coming back. Ever. It’s a waste of time to try. Craft the best future possible, using some fond touches of the past that might translate. It’s not something to fear.
Got to play that course 3X when visiting the area last fall. Played the shorts. Solid course and a hell of a walk!
Agree. I think this is solid. Seems like he played well at center and if they lock him in and let him get better at one position — what a concept! — he might become an excellent value. Still only 25 years old!
I feel the same in that I understood the desire for the outsider, at least in 2016. (Though for me, never ever.) But in 24 we knew who he was … reading an oral history of J6 right now and my empathy for the Trump supporters is definitely down a couple of notches. Horrifying.
It’s the truth of that time of the year for many of us — beautiful one day and 💩 the next (I’m in Wisconsin). I’m not a big winter DG guy so trying to be patient. Good luck with your recovery!
