Sometimes I get a little unsure if I’m on the right track with cider & perry making. Especially over the past two years, when it has felt a bit tougher to keep going. So it’s nice to sometimes get affirmation that it’s worth it 🙂 I don’t know if Kertelreiter will grow beyond very tiny, but’ll stay.
Gonna miss this beer legend dearly.
