I too was horribly ill for days after the 1st shingles shot! It didn’t even start until almost 48 hours after the shot, genuinely thought it might be a heart attack. I am not glad you were sick too but it is nice to hear others validating the experience.

I lived alone in a towed tiny camper for 7 months while slowly circumnavigating the US. Started and ended in Asheville, among other roads did whole Pacific coast highway San Diego to Astoria OR. Then six months later I did it again, one way, with daughter, 2 dogs & a cat. We live in Astoria now.
