hope everyone has a great day today!
happy b-day - may the fries be plentiful!
hell yeah!
a collage of the title cards from the "Friday the 13th" film series: - Friday the 13th - Part 2 - Friday the 13th Part III - The Final Chapter - A New Beginning - Jason Lives - Friday the 13th Part VII - The New Blood - Friday the 13th Part VIII - Jason Takes Manhattan - Jason Goes to Hell - The Final Friday - Jason X - Freddy vs. Jason - Friday the 13th
ok, I wasn't sure if I could do it, but I just rolled credits on the final "Friday the 13th" movie (no, not "The Final Chapter" or "The Final Friday") - the 2009 remake "Friday the 13th"
sighhhhh, tune in this November to see how many I can get through then...
Ended up watching parts 6-10 today (ughhhhh, "Jason Goes to Hell" and "Jason X" were rough). Will try for "Freddy vs Jason" and the F13 remake tomorrow.
Hell yeah!
Now, back to Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives...
Nice! I only got through 1-5 today, will be watching 6-8 over the weekend!
I got through five Friday the 13ths today - not too shabby. Will try for 6-8 tomorrow. Will probably stop there again this time...9-12 will be skipped again.
It's happening again...

Hell yeah!
I'm here for the fries :)
Still here, just very tired...
100%
Hell yeah - congrats!

Hell yeah!
Congrats!
I got my signed copy today - thanks! It's been added to the top of my reading pile for the weekend.
Congrats!
I do not - I am just a reader and have great respect for authors (well, most of them...).
From this rewatch...I'm going to have to say Part 2. It seems to shift between the first four each rewatch. I think as an overall movie, Part 4 is functionally the best but it didn't hit as hard this time.
Hell yeah!
And with that, my watch through is done for this Friday the 13th (skipping "Jason Goes to Hell", "Jason X", "Freddy vs Jason", and the remake).
This time (been doing this for a few years now) I've found I'm finding the later ones more boring. The first four are entertaining and have a good arc.
And now the final Friday the 13th movie from the 80s, "Jason Takes Manhattan."
Had a few things come up yesterday, but back at it this morning with a rough one, "The New Blood."
