a collection of sketches & thumbnails depicting lucretius, my oc. 1) a sketch his black, festering chest scar 2) he stands before a blood red moon with bats all around, blood dripping from his fanged mouth and eyes bloody red with rage. he pulls a sword out of the scar in his chest heedless of the damage its doing to his hand. 3) a huge white snake is wrapped around him; both of their teeth bite into an apple between them & they look into each others eyes. Luca's hand is wrapped around the snake's body, thought it is unclear whether he is actually trying to remove it from himself. 4) his hand, with gradient-to-black clawlike nails, wrapped around an apple 5) the rider waite ten of swords, included here as reference 6) two versions of the same sketch, cropped differently; a coffin, impaled with 10 swords, hangs by chains before a huge red gothic window. From the sword stabbed through the "chest" of the coffin, blood drops down upon an alter covered in candles. 7) an alternate idea for the same concept; sans coffin, Lucretius kneels bound before the same altar, bound by chain and stabbed through with a huge sword. He looks down into his own reflection in the blood which has pooled beneath him.
