At least I managed to get them to ACTUALLY send a mass email out alerting folks of package swipes happening this time, instead of them saying they would and never doing so like last time. However that email is worded awfully and victim blame-y as hell.

And on trying to talk to someone at the office, not to expect something be done about packages but to at least trigger some form of initiative from staff to do something...
