$2 billion a week would go such a long way towards solving the vast majority of issues for the world's 5 billion poorest.

The regime is a narrow coalition of carbon barons & holders of carbon forcing assets, waging an administrative coup to try and preemptively strand green assets in order to save their own, thereby shifting all risk from their books onto the commons or holders of climate vulnerable assets.
