👏 64% of UBC senators support motion for a special meeting to discuss partnerships with Israeli universities and part. with universities in other apartheid states. Just shy of 66% support required. Amazing organizing by campus groups. Bravo! The writing is on the wall.

Solidarity with Dr. Jalalzai! This is outrageous.

My friend Sajida Jalalzai, scholar of religion, was denied tenure by Trinity, in retaliation for her statements on Gaza.

“Early career faculty need to know that there is a rational path to tenure. Dr. Jalalzai’s case proves that this is not true.”

She is suing.
