Law and Media Round Up – 23 March 2026 On 16 March 2026, Fancourt J handed down judgment in the case of Sculfor and Ors v MGN   EWHC 597 (Ch).  The first claimant, the model Paul Sculfor,  was successful on the limitation issue being tried but the other four were held to be statute barred under the Limitation Act 1980.
