I havnt rewatched this in like 15 years but I can remember it having a sick techno opera ost too.

a hastily drawn but still appealing promo comic. There are two panels. In the top panel, Bex and her pal Richard smile at the camera. Richard waves while Bex holds up a copy of their comic. Bex says, "I've been working my ass off for most of the last year on a brand new comic! It was written by one of my best friends, Richard Bass, and drawn by me!" Richard says, "hello!" In the second panel, Bex is crying drawing at her desk. She wails, "How the heck do I draw an explosion???" Future Bex puts a hand on the bakc of her chair and says towards the camera, "I honestly think it's the best comic art I've ever drawn. I had to learn a lot of new things for this and I think it paid off."

A close-up panel of Bex with her hands clapped together. She smiles into the camera and says, "So I really really really really really want people to read it!!!"

An even more close-up close-up shot of Bex. She looks a little bit crazy-eyed and scary. She says, "I'm serious. Please read this." A shepherd's crook appears around her neck.

The last panel is very small, a zoomed out shot of Richard dragging Bex away with the shepherd's crook. She yells, "I worked so hard on it!!! pleeeeeeease!" while Richard says "OK, grandma, let's get you to bed."

A simple drawing of a headless artist, slumped in his (or her or their) chair, blank pieces of paper and pencil nearby suggesting despair... ...and the whole drawing is laid over a photograph of a steel kitchen sink so that the place where the artist's head might have been is now occupied by the circular drain. One of a series of brilliant collages by acclaimed German illustrator and designer Christoph Niemann.
