Everything is so dumb now. My Instagram was suspended for “account integrity”. No idea what that is. Did the appeal, and it was auto denied within seconds. Tried to create a new account but it was also auto suspended. No way to talk to a human for help. So now I’m not allowed to have Meta accounts?

No one can get in touch with a human at Meta to have someone review the ban. This must be because of the mass layoffs over the past 2 years hitting their moderation departments. This is wild and should be covered by someone.
