Unreal day to commit some aviation. 19C, calm winds, pure blue bird sky... sure felt amazing to not have any cowling covers to remove and to walk around in a tshirt. Turns out a 172 really does struggle with climbing when it's not -20C 😂

The forecast here looks dismal for the whole next week. Im so tired of this low pressure train. It, and the pressure gradient that tags along with its friend rain and low ceilings can just go away anytime now.

Watching these astronauts was incredible. Because of what they accomplished yes.. but also beautiful, because of who they are. They reminded me that kind, brilliant, silly, caring, and empathetic people are still out there. In their case, for awhile it was literally 😆. Welcome home.
