I lead on tobacco and vapes, my problem is managing expectations - no, ma, I can't sort out the guy who was vaping in your bus stop; yes, your suggestion might 'make some of them think twice', but sadly it is not consistent with evidence on prevention, my scope of practice, or the rule of law

Yes, given how far down the list of issues the smoking ban appears, it does seem more like a nail in the plaque on the front of a coffin that was already fully constructed and functional

I call on my party and my government to remove themselves entirely from X and communicate with the public where they actually participate online and can be protected from such illegality.
Not sure if this is still true, but the NHS was often cited as the largest customer for fax machines and consumables in the world. Lots of critical systems built around the fax when it was exciting new technology!
