I agree somewhat. For my own children, maybe I’ve been lucky, but I’ve never faced opposition.

please point out that - OVER HALF of teachers ARE parents.
Which would mean roughly 1 in 10 teachers is a parent of a child with SEND.
Stop making it “them” and “us”.
