hell yeah we were gifted one a couple years ago and its a magic machine. it even came with a little instruction sheet we pinned to the fridge that tells you what time and setting for common foods ^^

the algorithm rewards these behaviors but it's also important to remember that it cannot reward everyone.

it is designed to have one winner among thousands of losers.

if you could match the output the platforms will tell it to sort by other criteria. do not hurt yourself chasing its whims.

and you know, good for them, but if we all could bend time and match that same level of output, it would not translate to everyone suddenly being successful.

the world, it turns out, does not need steady supply of 20 bucket hats from every crochet artist every month. or 31 minecraft videos.

i also follow some lets players that put out a video every day, which they can do because they have 12ish people playing minecraft every day and 12 more editing those videos from an office space in bristol.

i found a crochet artist that consistently puts out 2 youtube videos a week and typically has 30ish handmade items for her store drops.

which is impressive until you realize 90% of the items are the same hat or hair scrunchie or small handbag. she's perfectly nice, no shade.

my extremely cold take on this is the sort of constant production this mentality requires can only come from small creators that make simple things or large teams that have several people working in tandem

and even then it isn't a guarantee of "success".
