So this weekend comes and I needed it at a level so high it was physically painful. Playing 9 games across the weekend , socializing, laughing , catching up brought back a level of passion for this thing we do together that was missing among the stress of day to day.

I haven’t been to an event since LVO this year, I’ve been working nights for nearly a year now, and the lack of social interaction with my friends and the community and the near absence of seeing my daughter during the week leaves me feeling hollowed out and directionless.

Reflections on Ironweld
