Anyway the kids were rescued, Lady Wachter is now in charge of Vallaki, Stella was saved from the ethereal plane, and the Tome of Strahd was recovered

Two down rolling death saves, one Orcish resilience - 1hp paladin, and the bard were helped by Victor (counterspell goat) to seal the night hags into the burning windmill right at the end, finishing them off for good.

Also thematic since they were cooking kids in there

Had a run where my Breton battle mage, Lauric, got to lead a peasant revolt to become a petty king, then a king, then eventually High King of High Rock. He got to extend his life beyond 250 years old. Dude was a magic legend.

Tbh It's actually okay to suck at stuff you enjoy doing. You don't have to gear into competition or be the absolute best. Existing and having fun is just as worthwhile. You don't have to make money off it. You don't have to get published. You can literally just create it, fail, learn, and make more

Mm! The first VN is pretty much a choose your waifu romance sim but with a great time travel plot. Linear path with branch endings along the way

Zero is completely different, with every ‘ending’ being canon and needed for Okabe himself to see the true end. Mixes the story/game mechanics so well

However, the sequel VN Zero is by far the best Steins Gate content out there IMO. Much better than the first VN and much much better than the pretty poor Zero anime

The VNs are fun, but I will say the vibe is a little different. Much more meme culture and honestly some very very dark content in the off-shoot endings.

Only played through Suzuha’s “ending” in the VN once because it made me feel sick.

I discovered it back in 2015 too I think! Loved the anime, got friends to watch, played the VN and the sequel. I’m a massive fan

I rewatch maybe once a year? Most times I stop at episode 12 though, just to watch the more light hearted stuff between characters I absolutely adore
