Why frame this about what one or the other said. Or “perceptions”. There is objective data about affordability and prices. Don’t be stenographers. Be journalists.

Well, the ones where she flies. I bet they used visual effects for that.

And he said he didn’t know about one of his own pardons. Making his claim even more ridiculous. Every accusation is an admission.

It is not a plan. Stop calling it that. It gives it credibility.

This is your major take-away? Oh @nytimes.com you are so failing us. Do better.

Way to use the passive voice. Science isn’t distorted. People distort science. A better headline would have been - “social media takes new study on breast cancer and birth control shows and distorts results to advance their agenda.” CBS news continues its stellar job of undermining science.

Do you just reprint propaganda now? Are you journalists or stenographers?

I think people who say he is in the throes of dementia are wrong. He knows exactly what he is doing and is driven by only two motives: greed and ego. He does not care for anyone but himself. Full stop. Those around him know this and are getting everything they want by focusing on greed and ego.

Senate update: Republicans are now trying to sneak a backdoor national abortion ban into their government funding bill. Republicans will stop at nothing to control women's health care decisions.

My kids have measles and my SNAP benefits were cut. But at least those cashiers at Walmart aren’t writing “they/them” on their name tags anymore.

I wonder how much Boeing gave to the ballroom?

The last 24 hours has seen a referendum national media. The Post, Times have lost their influence. The opinion pages are irrelevant. Like other major institutions in this country they aren't trusted. This is a direct result of their failure to call out authoritarianism & their acquiescence to Trump.

He won't criticize someone doing an actual nazi salute, but goes after someone with a broad based progressive coalition that includes many Jewish leaders. ADL is in the pocket of the Republican establishment.

I think a thing we'll learn tonight is that people fucking hate what is going on and they will straight ticket vote against anyone involved in starving people while pillaging the country and kidnapping their neighbors. I don't think it matters at all who that person is.

I sincerely hope Democrats pay attention to tonight’s results across the country. They won’t learn anything but still. Maybe. People are excited by change and original campaigns and bold ideas and candidates under the age of 50!

Elected Democrats spending more time today praising Dick Cheney than Zohran Mamdani is a great case study in abject fucking moral failure.

This is a failure of journalists. Hold him accountable when he feigns ignorance. "isn't it your job to know about this" "if you aren't paying attention to this what are you doing?"

These journalists waited for their book to be published before sharing this information. One could argue it was vital to the public interest. But by all means wait for the publication.

Never in the history of the US has any president openly and repeatedly called for the investigation, arrest & prosecution of his political opponents. While many continue to shrug these things off and normalize them, I will never stop pointing out that this is what autocrats do.

And yet the Washington Post calls it a “military campaign against drug cartels” completely parroting the Administration’s propaganda. bsky.app/profile/wash...

Honestly at some point you have to start doing psyops with these people:

Have Obama announce that he will seek a third term tomorrow. Then watch all the con law “scholars” and Fix News MELT DOWN trying to explain why he can’t but Trump can. (It’s like Newsom taking over his social media persona)

You call it a “military campaign against drug cartels” - there has been no evidence that those bombed are from drug cartels. Yet you parrot the administration’s propaganda. Be journalists, not stenographers.

“appeared more right leaning” are you serious with that? It either is or isn’t. It is a discernible fact. Do your jobs. Be journalists.
