It’s only when I got to the next question that I realised it meant how long it took once you were at the parcel drop off point. How swift the actual service was. They weren’t asking how long it takes you to get to your local post office.
I’ve just completed a survey after returning a parcel and one of the questions was “How long did it take you to complete your return?” with options ranging from less than a minute to 10 minutes or more. I selected 10 minutes+ to include my walk to the post office, because (so I thought) duh.
