I just want to be able to feel satisfaction from doing things for myself, without thinking too much if everyone will also enjoy too

I feel guilty for not doing enough, most of the time my work takes all the energy I have, and when I can finally get the time, I feel stuck, and ask around me what I should do for myself, even if deep down I know what I want most of the time

I feel like I can't draw for myself like I used to, nothing seems good enough when I try, and even when I do everything right from the start!

I find all the references I need for something I daydream all day, and I just feel like I'm suffocating and can't start at all when I try
