Yeah seriously considering this but the monthly cost turns me off and I hear you can't really go off it for apnea. Might try this option if CPAP lifestyle doesn't work for me.
Also while weight loss is awesome I do like to eat and wouldn't want to forever have a suppressed appetite 😩
I looked into mouth guards but all the reports of it permanently messing up your jaw/tooth line scared me away, especially because my jaw already pops a lot haha. Custom prescribed ones might be better but then you're spending a bunch of $$$
Also doesn't help I'm a stomach/side sleeper and I can't imagine CPAPs work well with that. Curious about zepbound but no thrilled with the idea of being on a $500/mo medication for life plus Kaiser would never prescribe a glp-1
Think I'm going to have give up and get a CPAP. Yet another day waking up with hardly any solid sleep, head fog and a dry throat from snoring. Just been non stop for the past few months and hasn't gotten better. I worry it's going to really lock down my lifestyle but it's better than this.
Stuck in night shift this week, so I'll have some time for some sketches. Something along the lines of this one of my boy Mark (who I don't draw nearly enough). $60 each, let me know if interested.

It's obvious when I'm around people who don't know how to be interesting or fun without trying to get a load of cheap vanity points or blowing loads money. The vibes are off and they are always leeches on any genuinely good vibes that actual cool people who don't rely on either to throw down.
It's just funny to me because I know I've had more fun and lived it up better than them spending way less and not needing to brag about it. I promise genuinely cool, interesting and fun people do not need to gloat ab it to have a good time. They should try putting that energy into being inclusive.
Part of me misses my days living in the Midwest where I just had online gaming friends and Columbus furries I'd meet up with on occasion, then work on game mods between. I greatly prefer my life now but I'm now at the opposite end and it's hard to figure out how to spend the me time I do get well.
I know it's a pretty privileged problem to have lmao but sometimes I feel like I know too many people and I haven't figured out a good balance yet. I miss working on projects, or having a game I can sink into. I think I need to start being ok with missing out on good times even if it's been a while.
I feel like I've been spread thin socially lately. At a party last night it was hard to feel social and connect with people that I wanted to who I hadn't seen in a while. I find I rely on getting high or buzzed to unwind enough. I also feel I've forgotten how to have me time that truly recharges me.
