The plan of record is to require all US based app stores (Apple and Google) to delist the apps. What gets lost in a lot of the coverage is TikTok will still work for anyone who has the app installed on their device prior to app store removal. Even if it's not an actual ban, it will cap growth.

Got plenty over in Oakland too.
This will never be a solved problem, but we need to keep working on it. I see a few part of it:
1) The choice between preventing someone from harassing vs preventing the target of the harassment from seeing it
2) Best vs better: is stopping less than 100% acceptable?
3) Everything else I’m missing
I was going to write something about procrastination, but decided I'd just do it later.
