For the record, for anyone who’s forgotten, it’s sheer madness for a president to contradict himself nearly every day. It’s profoundly wrong that we can’t trust the veracity of a single thing that he says.

When a sentence starts with “Trump says” or ”Trump said” I assume that it’s a lie. Why do so many reporters continue to think they are sharing useful information when they begin like this?

One day America will have a real president again, there to serve the people, not feed his deeply broken ego. Can you remember what a real president acts like?

Invoking the 25th is only impossible until it becomes possible.

Imagine if Biden acted like this after taking office. I mean, we all witnessed the criminal insurrection. Trump should never have been allowed near the levers of power again.

You know why Trump says “the U.S. government must put military protection over funding for Medicaid, Medicare and daycare”? Because those programs don’t help him personally, while exploiting the military allows this man facing accelerating physical & mental decline to feel powerful.

I just paid my taxes. I believe in the value of good governance in a democratic society and contributing to that. Remind me what my taxes serve in the Trump “government” besides funding the U.S. military for his reckless adventures and handing trillions to the richest among us.

Invoking the 25th is only impossible until it becomes possible.

Instead of telling the pope how to do his job, JD Vance shoukd be telling his boss how to do his job. But I guess Vance thinks he’s more knowledgeable about theology than he is about governing.
