Reminder that shes not just a bigot with bad opinions
She actively funds hate groups taking regular trans people to court for doing their jobs, signal boosts lies about individual trans people to her millions of followers and lobbies courts and government to attack us

Previously @stonewalluk.bsky.social were present at our health and wellbeing hub,
This year they will not
Nor will we have any involvement with them while Dugdale is at the helm
Trans rights are not up for debate
Not now
Not ever...
Happy Lesbian Visibility Week
Police interviewed by NFs Tony Martin and UVF bank robber Mark Sinclair.
Under the Public Processions (NI) Act 1998, N. Ireland has the Parades Commission which regulates public processions and protests. This fascist rally was given the go ahead despite the town’s businesses saying they would have to send black & migrant workers home for their own safety. [1/n]
There also isn't a single trans person in prison in Northern Ireland.
National Front leader Tony Martin tries to interrupt NIPSA union Patrick Mulholland's speech countering fascists in Coleraine.
Join a union. Get active. Get organised. Stand against fascists. This is the National Front's leader Tony Martin who assumed the role of agitator 'citizen journalist' yesterday in Coleraine. People like Martin, pictured here trying to interrupt Patrick Mulholland’s speech were privileged .. [1/n]
The BBC is meant to be a public service broadcaster, sharing info with us so we can make good decisions and understand the world around us. Instead, it continues to fail the public, publishing half baked articles which expose people to bad info which leaves them vulnerable to grifters. (1/n)

New CJEU ruling ‘double underlines’ transgender rights must stay in Northern Ireland

On International Women’s Day a reminder that my Alice had a mother and a sister and grannies, aunts, girl friends and girl cousins.
They all loved her as a woman.
When the transphobes say they speak for all women and are protecting women and girls, they are wrong.
ian huntley is dead. i'll always remember how the british press attempted to incite hatred against the trans community by reporting he was transitioning, then apologised to him for incorrect reporting instead of apologising to trans people

Desperate attempt at relevance from a very pathetic man
Causeway Pride is entering its 4th year and in a time when LGBTQIA+ rights are under renewed attack, our very existence is an act of resistance. We are a small Pride on the north coast, but we are unapologetically political. We are here to honour Mark Ashton’s legacy... Solidarity and standing with our community no matter the cost. We are here to make the Causeway Coast (and one day all of Northern Ireland) a place where everyone belongs. And we are here to fight back against politicians who have failed us, abandoned us, and continue to side with those who want to erase us. Let’s be clear: LGBTQIA+ rights were never handed to us. They were fought for. They are still being fought for. And we refuse to let them be taken quietly
Every Causeway Pride event is free deliberately. Pride is not a product. Our community is not a marketing opportunity. Rainbow capitalism might thrive elsewhere, but it will never define Pride on the Causeway Coast. But resistance has a cost. As we grow, so do the practical realities: a longer parade route, accessible and powerful sound systems, stewarding, safety, and the ability to organise radical, community-focused events beyond a single day in the calendar. Our ethics are non-negotiable. We do not accept funding from corporations, the local council, or anything linked to fossil fuels. That choice is ours and we stand by it. Our Pride is accountable to the community, not to profit or PR.
In previous years, Causeway Pride has been built by: • committee members funding it from our own pockets • trade unions showing real solidarity • members of the public who believe in queer liberation • and a proudly queer-supporting pub Now, as we build Causeway Pride 2026, we’re asking for solidarity once again. If you can donate, you are directly supporting a Pride that is community-led, anti-corporate, and rooted in collective resistance. You are helping us take up space, make noise, and remind everyone that we are not going anywhere. We are STILL HERE. STILL PROUD.
Our 2026 fundraiser is live

If Reform win this by-election Labour are gonna get so much worse. If the Greens win Labour are gonna get so much worse. If Labour win, Labour are gonna get so much worse
Sending loads of hugs
We are proud to host Caroline at this year’s festival and look forward to the insight, warmth and solidarity she will bring to our Pride celebrations.
If you haven’t had a chance to read it yet, we strongly recommend you check out her book Her Name is Alice.
She is a powerful and compassionate voice in the fight for equality, known for advocacy around trans rights and work in support of young people and families.
As an author and campaigner, she has used her platform to champion inclusion, challenge injustice, and speak up for those too often unheard.
Causeway Pride and @mams4transni.bsky.social are extremely honoured to welcome @alicemydaughter.bsky.social to this years event
We are watching it happen in real time. We are angry because we understand the pattern. We are angry because we know what state neglect looks like. We are angry because trans children deserve care, not culture war theatre. This is political. This is ideological. And it is cruel as fuck. To every single Pride committee in the UK: We need your help Last year, we banned political parties who harmed us and the ones who claimed to be allies but would not fight for us as did the majority of prides in NI. Not because it was easy. Not because it was popular. But because Pride is not a corporate parade and it is not a political networking event. It is a protest. If a party supports, defends, or refuses to challenge policies that strip trans young people of healthcare, they do not belong on our stages. They do not deserve our platforms. They do not get to march under our flags while our community is under attack.
This year, we are calling on every Pride committee to join us and do the same. No platform for parties that harm us. No invitations for those who stay silent. No photo opportunities for politicians who will not fight for trans kids. If you are reading this tag your local Pride in the comments or share this post with them. Ask them directly: will you stand with trans young people, or will you platform the politicians hurting them? Neutrality is not neutral. It sides with power. Every single day without proper gender-affirming healthcare risks lives. We MUST act now. They failed to erase queer people in the 80s. They will fail to erase trans people now. We are not going anywhere. Trans lives matter.
