A coffee shop would be amazing in there. There is an abandoned one in the atrium by the seats so they wouldn't even need to build anything, just move in.

The Tannery, a beautiful but useless building. It was intended to be a high end shopping mall but was a total flop from day one, even in the 90s when malls were still a thing. It has been suggested that it be used as the town's new library which I think is a great idea. It would be kind of magical.

I've done that before. The year before last I abandoned my garden due to fatigue. Don't worry, your garden will be there waiting for you next year 🙂
