It’s World Autism Acceptance Day (and month)!

I see so many autistic people from young children, teens and young adults, and grown-ass adults, who deal with so much trauma associated with the pain of never being accepted. Of never being allowed to be themselves.

I finally watched Heated Rivalry after reading the first 3 books by Rachel Reid (It was my reward for finishing my book edits because I knew I would binge watch) - WOW. The high temps have made the snow/ice on my residential unplowed street the consistency of kinetic sand. Got my car stuck in front of my house trying to leave. Took 4 neighbours, sand and road salt + a shovel, to get me out. Grateful for helpful neighbours and frustrated with unplowed streets.
