Oh no! #MathSky friends! According to a theoretical physicist and Scientific American, we just can't agree! Even if it doesn't lead to any more contradictions that calculus.

RFK Jr.'s new food pyramid puts meat, cheese and vegetables at the top Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has announced new dietary guidelines for Americans focused on promoting whole foods, healthy proteins and fats. And he has "declare[d] war" on added sugar.

I know that nutrition is complicated and there can be honest debates about the health and morality of eating meat... But can we at least agree that that there is zero way in which this is a "pyramid"?

I assume this is an implicit differentiation question, with w, q, and z functions of t. In which case, you might want to use the chain rule.

That was a good hint. Also, "abecedarium" is my new favorite word.

Nope, Calculus 1 and Abstract Algebra. Real analysis would be a lot of fun though.

I'm not looking to rank courses. I'm hoping to find well written learning targets to help me build my specification-based grading course. And hopefully help other instructors do the same. Writing good, assessable learning targets is hard!

This fall I'm going to use master/specification grading in two new courses. So can someone remind me where the big online repository of learning targets for all math courses is? Or if there isn't one, could someone please make that? Or help me make it?

The better question, "if you are not able to stop the flow of asylum seekers, do you think the US has enough insane asylums to hold all of them?"

This is a great question. For me, it means I see how I could teach the concept. I can see the whole story arc of how the mystery fits together.
